HOMEMADE SUSHI by Elba

INGREDIENTS: Seaweed, 150g of sushi rice, soja sauce, teriyaki sauce, avocado, salmon, sticks of crab.

UTENSILS: Dish, chopsticks, kettle.

TIP: When you cook the rice, you can put teriyaki sauce and mix it.

STEPS:

1- Cook the rice in a kettle. Add the teriyaki sauce and mix it 30 minutes.

2- When the rice is cook, wet the seaweed leave in a plate and when it is wet, put the rice in one of the leaves. Add halves of avocado and salmon.

3- Roll the leave and cut in three little sushi rolls.

4- You can put a little bowl with soja sauce to wet the sushi there.

RECIPE

First of all, you have to cook the sushi rice in a kettle during ten minutes. When the rice is cook, add the teriyaki sauce and mix it 30 minutes.

On another hand, wet the seaweed leave in a plate and when it is wet, put the rice in one of the leaves. Add halves of avocado and salmon. Then, roll the leave and cut it in three little sushi rolls.

Finally, if you want, you can put soja sauce in a little bowl and you can wet the rolls there.
